The Power of Honest Leadership: Irina Pigozne at Forums LĪDERE 2025

On May 16, one of P37’s key partners, Irina Pigozne, took the stage at Forums LĪDERE 2025 to share a deeply personal perspective on leadership—rooted in life experience, generational wisdom, and the courage to speak openly.

In a 15-minute address, Irina explored the often-overlooked intersection of leadership, personal values, and financial awareness. Her reflections encouraged openness, particularly among women, and emphasized the power of honest dialogue—about self-worth, resilience, and the relationships we build with money.

After the event, Irina shared why this opportunity was so meaningful to her:
“For women, talking about money is never just about finances—it’s a conversation about life. About freedom. About boundaries. About learning to say ‘yes’ to yourself and ‘no’ to the things that no longer align with your values.”

This wasn’t just a speech—it was a moment of encouragement. For the woman who gives, but remains silent. For the one who feels, but keeps putting herself last. For the one who’s long deserved to live without fear, but hasn’t yet allowed herself that freedom.

Financial literacy isn’t only about numbers or spreadsheets. It’s a quiet and yet powerful shift that allows a woman to take her own side and feel safe—safe in her soul, her relationship with money, her place in the world, her choices.
