Edgars is a visionary and seasoned serial investor with over 35 years of expertise in business development, leadership, and strategic management. His early acquisition of a robust financial background enabled him to effectively channel capital into diverse ventures, which ultimately laid the foundation for the P37 family office. Among Edgars’ notable roles of responsibility are Vice President at LDDK and Honorary Member of the Board at LVCA.

Irina is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in banking, business management, and leadership. Her notable achievements include the completion of the International Executive Program at INSEAD in 2007 and a series of executive roles at Swedbank AS from 2003 to 2015. Irina’s extensive industrial expertise and unique skill set have been successfully leveraged at P37. Since 2017, she has held the position of Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Council at Signet Bank.

Since 2019, Artemijs has served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at P37. Has master’s degree in mechanical engineering from University College London (UCL) and a diverse range of industry experiences gained over the period of more than 10 years at such corporate giants as McKinsey & Co. and Rolls-Royce Plc, Artemijs brings a distinctive blend of business acumen, organizational prowess and strategic capabilities. In 2022 acquired an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree at SSER.
